EXG and Biometric Solutions

  • EXG(EOG/ECG/EMG)

A monopolar sensor is an active dry electrode sensor that plugs into the auxiliary input channels of DSI-24 systems or replaces a DSI-7 or DSI-VR300 sensor. It allows for recording 1 referential lead of data that is referenced to the main reference of the system. It can be used for EEG, EOG, ECG, or EMG recording. EXG sensors come with one medium Velcro strap harness for positioning on the chest for ECG, two small Velcro strap harnesses for positioning on limbs for EMG, and spare reusable dry electrode tips as well as a few single-use stick-on get-tipped electrodes for easy attaching to the face for EOG or skin for EMG or ECG. Cable Length (CL) can be specified as 20, 40, or 60 inches (50, 100, or 150 cm, for EOG, ECG, EMG respectively). For DSI-7 or VR300, specify sensor location (SL) to replace

  • Respiration

A respiration belt consists of a stretch detector attached to an elastomeric belt that plugs into the auxiliary input channels of DSI-24 systems or replaces a DSI-7 or DSI-VR300 sensor. It records changes in the circumference of the chest associated with breathing. Respiration data is captured digitized with the EEG data. For DSI-7 or VR300, specify sensor location (SL) to replace

  • GSR

A GSR (Galvanic Skin Response) sensor consists of dry electrodes with an electronic interface that allows it to plug into the auxiliary input channels of DSI-24 systems or to replace a DSI-7 or DSI-VR300 sensor. It records electrodermal conductivity from the finger tips or wrist with included attachment straps. For DSI-7 or VR300, specify sensor location (SL) to replace

  • Skin temperature

Temperature sensor is a thermistor that plugs into the auxiliary input channels of DSI-24 systems or replaces a DSI-7 or DSI-VR300 sensor. It records skin temperature and includes straps for attachment on the fingers, arms or chest. For DSI-7 or VR300, specify sensor location (SL)<> to replace

  • 3D Accelerometer

DSI systems have internal 3D accelerometers that is digitized simultaneously with the other data streams, however at a 30Hz sampling rate. 3D Accelerometer data can be activated at time of manufacture or remotely after delivery but may require shipping headset back to manufacturer.
